Magic Chocolate Lava Cake Dessert Ingredients:

* Chocolate Discs
140g (4.94 ounces) tempered chocolate

* Chocolate Brownie Base
300g (10.58 ounces) or 1 1/3 cups butter or margarine

* 6 eggs
* 3 cups or 654g (23.07 ounces) sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla essence
* dash of marsala (optional)
* 3/4 cup or 90g (3.17 ounces) cocoa powder
* 2 1/4 cups or 360g (12.7 ounces) plain flour
* 3 tsp baking powder

* (optional – you can add nuts, dried fruit or chocolate chips)

Instagram Chocolate Mousse Cake Recipe by Ann Reardon

Ingredients:

Rainbow Jello
85g (3 ounces) packet of strawberry jello (red)plus 300ml cream
85g (3 ounces) packet of lime jello (green) plus 300ml cream
85g (3 ounces) packet of mango jello (yellow) plus 300ml cream
85g (3 ounces) packet of berry blue jello (blue) plus 300 ml cream

Chocolate Mousse for top of Instagram cake
150ml or 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp and 1 tsp milk
50g (1.76 ounces) or 2tbsp plus 2 tsp cream (pure cream, thickened cream, pouring cream or heavy cream are all good)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

3 or 54g (1.9 ounces) egg yolks
40g (1.41 ounces) 0r 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
10g (0.35 ounces) or 2tsp cornstarch

14g (0.49 ounces) or 1 tablespoon gelatin
60g (2.12 ounces) or 1/4 cup water

130g (4.59 ounces) milk chocolate
100g (3.53 ounces) dark chocolate

additional 300g (10.58 ounces) of cream

White Chocolate Mousse for white part of Instagram cake
300g (10.58 ounces) or 1 cup plus 2 tbsp and 2 tsp milk
100g (3.53 ounces) or 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

6 or 108g (3.81 ounces) egg yolks
80g (2.82 ounces) 0r 5 tablespoons sugar
20g (0.71 ounces) or 4tsp cornstarch

28g (0.99 ounces) or 2 tablespoon gelatin
120g (4.23 ounces) or 1/2 cup water

260g (9.17 ounces) white chocolate

additional 600g (21.16 ounces) or 2 1/2 cup of cream

Crunchy Chocolate Base
130g (4.59 ounces) milk chocolate
30g (1.06 ounces) or 1 tbsp plus 2tsp unsalted butter
1 cup or rice bubbles or rice krispies

For the Brownie Layer:
3⅓ oz (3/4 cup) all-purpose flour
2 oz (2/3 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
4 oz unsalted butter
7¾ oz (1 cup +2 tbsp) granulated sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Mousse:
9 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
1¾ cups heavy cream, divided use
Pinch salt
2 tsp unflavored powdered gelatin
2 tbsp water

For the Raspberry Mousse:
1½ cups fresh raspberries
9 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
1½ cups heavy cream, divided use
Pinch salt
2 tsp unflavored powdered gelatin
2 tbsp water
Pink food coloring, optional

For the Vanilla Mousse:
9 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
1½ cups heavy cream, divided use
4 tbsp honey
Pinch salt
2 tsp unflavored powdered gelatin
2 tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla bean paste (can substitute vanilla extract)
To Finish:
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
4 oz heavy cream
1 pint fresh raspberries
Chocolate curls or other decorations
